KNI20

The Kavli Nanoscience Institute is very excited to celebrate a significant milestone – twenty years of operation and impact – with current and former community members, friends, and supporters.
The KNI20 celebration will kick off with a public lecture at 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024, by 2022 Kavli Prize Laureate Dr. George Whitesides (Harvard University) in Beckman Auditorium. We invite our friends, colleagues, and local community members to join us for this exciting talk!
On Friday, March 8, 2024, the KNI will host a full-day scientific symposium to discuss the landscape nanoscience-based research across the next decade+ and envision pathways for continued innovation and progress. The event will feature a panel discussion with current and former KNI directors and an afternoon poster session. Nobel Prize Laureate Dr. Steven Chu (Stanford University) will present the keynote lecture.
