Michael Roukes Honored by the French Republic

KNI Founding Director, Michael Roukes, was inducted into the Ordre des Palmes Académiques. Originally a decoration instituted by Emperor Napoléon, it is an Order of Chivalry of France for academics and cultural and educational figures, and is awarded for distinguished contributions to education or culture.
