KNI Prize Postdoctoral Fellows

The Kavli Nanoscience Institute at the California Institute of Technology invites applications and nominations for Prize Postdoctoral Fellowships in Nanoscience.

This fellowship program was established to offer scientists who have recently earned their PhD degree the opportunity to pursue new and innovative research at the frontiers of nanoscience and engineering.  In this open competition, preference will be given to applicants who propose experimental research in interdisciplinary areas of nanoscience. In the process of applying and developing a research plan, it is strongly encouraged that applicants communicate with the Caltech faculty member they are interested in working with. This appointment is contingent upon completion of all of the requirements for a PhD degree.

Fellowships are to begin in Fall 2019 for a two-year duration. They carry an annual salary of $68,000 and come with a small discretionary research fund and up to $2,000 in relocation costs.
